NOTES TO CONTRIBUTORS
Annals of Library and Information Studies publishes articles, documentation notes and research reviews on library, documentation and information science, information systems, services and products, information technology, information users, bibliometrics, scientometrics and informetrics, education and training and other related areas. The contributions should be original and not published earlier or submitted elsewhere for publication simultaneously.
Two copies of the manuscript typewritten in double line spacing on one side of the paper (A4 size) with consecutive page numbers should be submitted. Each contribution should carry an informative title followed by name (in full), designation and affiliation of the contributor(s). The contributions should also carry contact address, telephone, fax number and email address. A softcopy (MS-Word file) of the manuscript including diagrams, figures, tables, etc., should also be submitted on CD-ROM or through email at email@example.com.
An informative abstract of about 150 - 200 words should be included. Acronyms and abbreviations should be spelt out in full when first used in text. The citations should be numbered as superscripts in the text in numerical order and should be listed in the same order at the end of the text. The completeness and accuracy of bibliographical details of citations should be ensured. Based on NISCAIR Style Guide, citations should be in the following pattern.
